Position: Product Engineering Manager

Location: REMOTE (PST)

Must Have's

• Oracle POS, API Gateway.
• AWS or any other Cloud with POS Solutions
• DynamoDB

Job Description

10+ years of experience in a technical production support lead role with expertise in Retail POS systems. Expertise in API development & integration Troubleshooting in a production environment. Experience with incident management, monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk), and root cause analysis (RCA). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and vendor interaction Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies(Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.). Experience with PredictSpring or any other Cloud POS solutions. Knowledge of Rust programming language. Hands-on experience with Retail ERP integrations
