Job Description

As Product Manager for our Works On-Demand platform, you'll wear many hats as you help us deliver value for major health systems while shaping the future of our product development. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, Works, you’ll balance tactical and strategic work. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the healthcare technology ecosystem and loves to build in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Works On-Demand platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop and track key product metrics to measure success.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Annual Base Salary Range

$162,000—$188,000 USD
