Overview

Seeking a senior full stack .NET developer with at least 5 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Team lead experience preferred. The role includes Tier 3 technical support, application development, and coordination with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support and maintain SLAs
• Design, develop, and maintain applications in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with offshore teams, UX, QA, and database developers
• Participate in technical documentation, code reviews, and client data analysis
• Support strategic initiatives (e.g., HITRUST, analytics)
• Contribute to new client implementations and system enhancements
• Mentor junior developers and assist in managing development pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in .NET development (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
• Experience with Azure, MVC, JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and secure coding
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and source control (GIT)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Background in healthcare systems, PBM, or managed care
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, NCPDP, HIPAA, HITRUST
• Experience with data integration, analytics tools (Power BI), and project management
