Freelance Software Engineer

Job Description

A web and app developer is required to build an e-commerce platform featuring seamless payment integration and a user experience inspired by the design and functionality of Packwire. The developer will be responsible for both website and mobile app development, ensuring a cohesive and responsive interface across platforms. This role is remote, requires availability beyond a week, and may lead to additional work based on performance and project needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing e-commerce websites and mobile applications
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to deliver a clean, modern UI similar to Packwire
• Solid debugging and testing skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Availability for immediate start and flexibility for potential follow-up work
• Fully remote position
