Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Management, reviewing business and technical requirements and engineering designs to document, create, and execute detailed and comprehensive test plans. You will also work closely with your team members to build up our automated testing platform.

Your Skills and Experience

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Experience in defining and implementing a browser-based automation system
• Manage test cases and processes using test management tools
• Work with customer success team to triage and identify bugs
• Collaborate with engineering team to develop comprehensive testing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies and improve efficiency
• Perform software releases, monitor builds, regression and unit test status
• Document design, debugging, and testing procedures

Extras and Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools
• Strong scripting experience
• Strong interpersonal communication with both technical and non-technical staff
• Experience with various CICD tools
