Description

Halr Tech Group

Halr Tech Group is scaling fast — and so are our systems. We're building a proprietary CRM and AI Dialer designed to automate outreach across 20,000+ monthly emails and 50+ daily conversations. We need a Back-End Developer who can architect rock-solid infrastructure and ensure our platform is fast, reliable, and ready to scale. If you love solving data-heavy, integration-rich problems — this is your playground. 🛠

What You’ll Build:

  • Scalable backend services powering our CRM and voice dialer tools.
  • API integrations with Twilio (calls, voicemail drops, SMS), Clay (data enrichment), and email providers (SendGrid/Mailgun).
  • Intelligent workflows that automate call queues, data syncing, and outreach logic.
  • Secure user authentication, activity tracking, and real-time metrics logging.
  • Systems for managing high-throughput outbound communication with clean failover and error handling.

What You Bring:

  • Deep experience with Node.js, Python, or Go (we’re flexible — show us your architecture chops).
  • Strong API design and integration experience (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
  • Experience working with Twilio, programmable voice, or dialer logic is a massive plus.
  • Background with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) and real-time infrastructure (e.g., WebSockets).
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with lots of ownership. 🌍

Why Halr Tech Group?

  • You’ll shape the core backend of a platform used by elite recruiters globally.
  • Your work will directly automate thousands of conversations — at scale.
  • Freedom to build, test, and deploy without red tape.
  • Remote, high-performance culture with clear product vision and fast iteration cycles.
  • Let’s build the backend that powers the future of recruitment. 📩
