We’re seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our team supporting the end-to-end transaction experience. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves streamlining brokerage operations, making compliance and commission management a breeze, and empowering brokers to run their businesses like well-oiled machines. By simplifying transaction workflows, leveraging AI, and enhancing the user experience, you’ll help brokers elevate their business to new heights.

Responsibilities

Shape the Product Strategy : Ensure alignment with business goals and create a vision that inspires.
Lead Continuous Discovery : Collect insights from users and stakeholders to drive product innovation.
Create and Refine the Product Roadmap : Prioritize the most impactful features and keep the team focused on what matters.
Leverage Data : Measure success, identify trends, and inform product decisions with a data-driven approach.
Partner with Product Marketing : Bring new features to market and grow adoption like a pro.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with engineering, design, and other teams to bring products to market.
