• Gather and evaluate user feedback

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)

Job Highlights

• Technical Stack: React, JavaScript/Typescript/Python
• Strong experience in FastAPI integrations to HCM
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to cross-functional sprint rituals
• Python/Postgres w/ FastAPI
• Dropbox OAuth and Workday API
• OpenAI API and Llama Index
• AWS Elastic Beanstalk and RDS for PostgreSQL
• React/TypeScript
• Experience with ChatGPT API a plus
• Past contributions to performance feedback, people enablement, or comms tooling is a plus
• Exposure to Workday APIs, internal HRIS data models, or enterprise workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Asana, Greenhouse)

Compensation

$48.97 - $67.59 /hour Pay Rate
