Job Description
As the Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the data infrastructure that supports our business. You’ll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to ensure our data is reliable, accessible, and optimized for use.
Primary Duties and Responibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Develop and implement data quality monitoring and validation processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Optimize data infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
