DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud security to support advanced development and deployment processes. The role involves leading DevSecOps initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and managing escalations at the highest technical level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Automate infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
• Integrate tools like Checkmarx, SonarQube, JFrog, and Datadog for performance, security, and quality
• Lead DevSecOps strategy and support enterprise container migration and SDLC upgrades
• Collaborate with Agile teams, architects, and security teams for end-to-end delivery
• Mentor mid-level DevOps talent and foster DevSecOps best practices

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering roles
• Azure DevOps, GitHub, Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Helm
• SAST tools (Checkmarx), APM tools (Datadog), JFrog Artifactory
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, cloud-native design
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and cross-team collaboration

Preferred

• Experience with AWS, .NET, SQL/NoSQL DBs
• Background in modern DevSecOps and AI integration (nice to have)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
