Role Summary

The Solution Architect is a critical role within Intelex, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive EHSQ software solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of EHSQ processes, combined with strong technical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable software architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their EHSQ processes, challenges, and goals.
• Solution Design: Develop detailed technical specifications for Intelex software solutions, considering scalability, integration with existing systems, and industry best practices.
• System Architecture: Design and implement the overall architecture for Intelex software projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Integration: Plan and execute the integration of Intelex solutions with clients’ ERP systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of software industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Services or Software sales, Solution Architect, or Consulting role.
• Experience in estimating and presenting services proposals.
• Experience in participating in sales calls as a technical expert.
