What You’ll Do

Develop and refine platform features using modern web technologies
Debug issues and improve system stability and user experience
Suggest and implement your own creative ideas — from user-facing tools to backend improvements
Integrate with third-party services using RESTful APIs
Collaborate through GitHub, async communication, and lightweight check-ins

Required Skills

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, RESTful APIs
Databases: Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred; general experience acceptable)
Version Control: Git (required)
Strong understanding of modern development workflows and debugging practices

Preferred Skills

Python (for future AI-powered features)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices
Familiarity with AWS RDS or other cloud services
UI/UX interest and the ability to design or enhance user-facing features
