Our client is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of our industrial product lines, overseeing everything from concept to end-of-life. As a Product Manager, you will: Own the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and financial goals. Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and service lines to market on time and within budget. Manage key product and service programs, ensuring strong supplier and OEM partnerships. Support sales teams on large-scale projects, acting as a technical and strategic partner. Drive product innovation, ensuring new product launches increase market share and revenue growth. Optimize operational efficiency, reducing costs while improving product profitability and performance.
Experience: 5+ years in product management, applications engineering, or sales within industrial markets. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in industrial products, customer applications, MROs and market trends in industries, such as marine, defense, and power generation. Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. Strategic Pricing & Market Analysis: Skilled in pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting. Technical Acumen: Understanding of product standards, certifications, and operational efficiency in an industrial setting.
