Overview

As a Date Engineer, you will be focused on writing code and assembling large, complex sets of data using various technologies. You will be a part of the data processing team, focused on code optimization, in addition to other day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data solutions
• Write application and database code based on requirements
• Build and optimize data pipelines
• Ensure system performance and reliable data feeds
• Improve data processes for complex, diverse sources
• Plan, track, and deliver development work on schedule
• Document operational processes
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• GCP & BigQuery experience
• 2+ years of advanced SQL coding
• 1+ year of Python experience
• API integration expertise
• Advanced English & strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sense of urgency & self-motivation
• Strong multitasking abilities

Compensation Range: $76,000 - $91,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
